調査の方向性

The issue names ndarray's vector.mapv operation and Intel MKL's vsTanh function, with tanh, exp, and log as examples. Start by evaluating the proposed MKL-backed feature gate and compare it with the current mapv approach. Done would mean a decided integration scope and corresponding support for the requested vectorized functions.

説明

blas enhancement

I found, that using MKL library functions like vsTanh (https://software.intel.com/en-us/mkl-developer-reference-fortran-v-tanh) is quite faster than doing vector.mapv(|x| x.tanh()).

Is it worth including this in ndarray crate behind feature gate?
