Xia regression: stall when apt-listchanges is installed

まず、apt-listchanges をインストールした状態で停止を再現し、提供されている再現手順とログを基準として、更新ウィンドウの詳細の動作を調べます。apt-listchanges のプロンプトが表示されないか、詳細タブを展開してウィンドウにフォーカスを移すことで、または GUI プロンプトを表示することで、煩わしい状態になれば完了です。

Describe the bug

When the package apt-listchanges is installed, installing an update via mintupdate stalls in the manner that the screenshot below shows.

To Reproduce

1. Have apt-listchange installed.
2. Try to install an update via apt-listchanges.
3. Wonder why nothing is happening.
4. Within mintupdate's update window, click 'details' and discover what is happening.

Expected behavior

Either there should be no prompt at all or else the prompt should be obtrusive. minupdate could make the prompt obtrusive either by either: (1) expanding the 'details' tab within the update window and giving that window the focus; (2) giving a GUI prompt.
