Xia regression: stall when apt-listchanges is installed

Comienza reproduciendo el bloqueo con apt-listchanges instalado e inspecciona el comportamiento de los detalles de la ventana de actualización, usando los pasos de reproducción y los logs proporcionados como referencia. Se considera terminado cuando el aviso de apt-listchanges está ausente o se vuelve intrusivo al expandir la pestaña de detalles y poner el foco en la ventana, o al mostrar un aviso de GUI.

Describe the bug

When the package apt-listchanges is installed, installing an update via mintupdate stalls in the manner that the screenshot below shows.

To Reproduce

1. Have apt-listchange installed.
2. Try to install an update via apt-listchanges.
3. Wonder why nothing is happening.
4. Within mintupdate's update window, click 'details' and discover what is happening.

Expected behavior

Either there should be no prompt at all or else the prompt should be obtrusive. minupdate could make the prompt obtrusive either by either: (1) expanding the 'details' tab within the update window and giving that window the focus; (2) giving a GUI prompt.
