Xia regression: stall when apt-listchanges is installed

Inizia riproducendo il blocco con apt-listchanges installato e analizza il comportamento dei dettagli della finestra di aggiornamento, usando i passaggi di riproduzione e i log forniti come riferimento. Il lavoro è terminato quando il prompt di apt-listchanges è assente oppure viene reso invadente espandendo la scheda dei dettagli e portando la finestra in primo piano, o mostrando un prompt GUI.

Describe the bug

When the package apt-listchanges is installed, installing an update via mintupdate stalls in the manner that the screenshot below shows.

1. Have apt-listchange installed.
2. Try to install an update via apt-listchanges.
3. Wonder why nothing is happening.
4. Within mintupdate's update window, click 'details' and discover what is happening.

Expected behavior

Either there should be no prompt at all or else the prompt should be obtrusive. minupdate could make the prompt obtrusive either by either: (1) expanding the 'details' tab within the update window and giving that window the focus; (2) giving a GUI prompt.
