Uninstalling module should have option to clear settings

I had v2.11 of this module installed. I uninstalled it thinking it would help get me out of a weird config state. After I ran `zpm uninstall git-source-control`, I noticed that data set up by the module in `^SYS("SourceControl","Git")` was still hanging around.

users should at least be given the option to clear out this (and any other?) config data when uninstalling this module.
