Uninstalling module should have option to clear settings

I had v2.11 of this module installed. I uninstalled it thinking it would help get me out of a weird config state. After I ran `zpm uninstall git-source-control`, I noticed that data set up by the module in `^SYS("SourceControl","Git")` was still hanging around.

users should at least be given the option to clear out this (and any other?) config data when uninstalling this module.

Start by locating the uninstall path invoked by `zpm uninstall git-source-control` and trace how the module’s data in `^SYS("SourceControl","Git")` is created and retained. Done means uninstalling offers a choice to clear the module’s configuration, with the selected behavior verified for both retaining and removing that data.
