Hub selection changes, if going backward in the application

_"When I clicked on "Yes" answer, it got selected, but if I went forward and then back, the answer changed to "No". So of you could please try and fix that as well, I suppose it could help the future applicants as well :) "

まず、user story に記載されたアプリケーションフローを再現します。「Yes」を選択して先に進み、戻って、選択が「No」になるか確認します。hub の選択とナビゲーション状態を処理しているコードを特定します。先に進んで戻った後も選択した回答が変わらなければ完了です。issue ではファイル名やテスト名は指定されていません。
