Hub selection changes, if going backward in the application

User story tells it all:

_"When I clicked on "Yes" answer, it got selected, but if I went forward and then back, the answer changed to "No". So of you could please try and fix that as well, I suppose it could help the future applicants as well :) "

Start by reproducing the application flow described in the user story: select “Yes,” move forward, return, and check whether the selection becomes “No.” Locate the code handling hub selection and navigation state; done means the chosen answer remains unchanged after moving forward and back, with no file or test named in the issue.
