HfLA: Projects: Audit Recruitment Labels

We need an audit of the recruitment labels for all HfLA active projects so that the usage can be standardized across all projects.

オープンな役割のボードと、リンクされている HfLA: Projects/Recruitment Labels スプレッドシートを出発点として使用します。すべてのアクティブな HfLA プロジェクトについて recruitment labels を監査し、その後、既存のラベルがあるプロジェクト、または新しく作成された feature: recruitment label があるプロジェクトについてスプレッドシートを更新します。監査が完了し、スプレッドシートがすべてのアクティブなプロジェクトを反映していれば完了です。
