HfLA: Projects: Audit Recruitment Labels

We need an audit of the recruitment labels for all HfLA active projects so that the usage can be standardized across all projects.

Use the open roles board and the linked HfLA: Projects/Recruitment Labels spreadsheet as the starting points. Audit recruitment labels for every active HfLA project, then update the spreadsheet for projects with an existing label or a newly created feature: recruitment label. Done means the audit is complete and the spreadsheet reflects all active projects.
