Review the mail in the hfla-email-all account to find recomendations for project email cleanups

Overview

We need to keep the email accounts of the projects free from junkmail so that future pms can easily see all the relevant communications & so that when admin reads the box they only see necessary emails.

Action Items

• Review the email box and move items to one of the following folders
  • To Do
  • Completed
  • In Progress
• When you move an item from ToDo to In Progress, that means that you have reached out to the team and added something to their agenda to fix. And we are keeping it there until we get confirmation it is resolved.
• When an item is resolved, we move it to completed

hfla-email-all アカウントを確認し、メッセージを未着手、進行中、または完了に分類します。まずメールボックスを確認してプロジェクト関連の連絡を探します。チームに連絡して issue をチームの議題に追加した後、項目を進行中に移動し、解決が確認された後に完了へ移動します。
