Make 1Password Guide

- This issue also needs to be reformatted into two issues:
- Workflow B: You have been invited to 1Password (how to use it effectively)
- Workflow C: How to use 1Password effectively as a PM

### Overview
We want to create a guide for setting up 1Password in Google Docs so that we can have a self guided way to log onto 1Password and prevent somebody else having to do the onboarding.

まず issue #21 を確認して、他の 1Password ガイドの状況を確認し、その後 1Password Setup Deck とリンクされているガイド形式のリソースを確認します。作業を Workflow B と Workflow C に分け、要求されたガイド形式で deck の情報を追加し、完成した asset を wiki にリンクします。
