Make 1Password Guide

- This issue also needs to be reformatted into two issues:
- Workflow B: You have been invited to 1Password (how to use it effectively)
- Workflow C: How to use 1Password effectively as a PM

### Overview
We want to create a guide for setting up 1Password in Google Docs so that we can have a self guided way to log onto 1Password and prevent somebody else having to do the onboarding.

Start by checking issue #21 for the status of the other 1Password guides, then review the 1Password Setup Deck and the linked guide-format resources. Separate the work into Workflow B and Workflow C, add the deck information in the requested guide format, and link the completed asset in the wiki.
