Spanner supports `stddev()` and `variance()` [link](https://cloud.google.com/spanner/docs/statistical_aggregate_functions),
Django’s `Variance` and `StdDev` database functions have 2 modes, one with full population `STDDEV_POP` and another with samples `STDDEV_SAMP` and `VAR_SAMP`. Since spanner currently only supports these database functions with samples, we need to clarify the same with documentation.
The django client already support the same.
