描述
Spanner supports stddev() and variance() link,
Django’s Variance and StdDev database functions have 2 modes, one with full population STDDEV_POP and another with samples STDDEV_SAMP and VAR_SAMP. Since spanner currently only supports these database functions with samples, we need to clarify the same with documentation.
The django client already support the same.
