Icons missing on iPad

## What Currently Happens?

Icons are **not visible** at bottom of screen. My workaround is to *guess* the icon location: I click the region where the icons *should* be to switch between GitPoint's four views (home/notifications/search/profile).

## My Reproduction Steps

1. install on iPad
1. sign in to GitHub
1. no icons visible on bottom of screen!

iOS 12.4.1を搭載したiPad Airで、記載された手順を使って問題を再現し、その後、GitPointの4つのビューで使用されている下部ナビゲーションを確認します。ホーム、通知、検索、プロフィールのアイコンが画面下部に表示されれば完了です。
