Icons missing on iPad

## What Currently Happens?

Icons are **not visible** at bottom of screen. My workaround is to *guess* the icon location: I click the region where the icons *should* be to switch between GitPoint's four views (home/notifications/search/profile).

## My Reproduction Steps

1. install on iPad
1. sign in to GitHub
1. no icons visible on bottom of screen!

Reproduce the issue using the listed steps on an iPad Air running iOS 12.4.1, then inspect the bottom navigation used for GitPoint’s four views. Done means the home, notifications, search, and profile icons are visibly rendered at the bottom of the screen.
