Stuck at Sign in to Github

**Describe the bug**
Github Actions suddenly stopped working.

**To Reproduce**
Nothing has changed on my side w.r.t this extension.

In the Actions pane, I only see Sign in to Github although I am already signed in. Other extensions (like Github Pull requests) work fine.

In the output pane, the last log is - "Activating GitHub Actions extension..."

**Expected behavior**
Be able to sign in and see the actions

先使用 extension v0.27.1 在 Actions pane 中重現問題，然後檢查「Activating GitHub Actions extension...」之後的 extension output pane。追蹤現有 GitHub 登入未被辨識的原因；完成標準是該窗格允許登入並顯示 actions，同時不破壞其他 GitHub extensions。
