Memories are leaking between repositories

Today I have had a strange situation. I created a new git repository, checked it out and then asked copilot to add some basic instructions and project setup.

Out of the nowhere, it mumbled about some "facts stored in the memory" (of course there are none because the repo is fresh!) that seem to be part of a different (similar named) repository...

首先，使用一个名称类似于另一个 repository 的全新 repository 重现该报告，然后追踪 Copilot CLI 在哪里读取存储的记忆并将其与 repository 关联。当一个 repository 中的记忆无法出现在另一个 repository 中，并且该行为由回归测试覆盖时，此 issue 即完成。
