Local MCP URLs that are supposed to be not covered by MCP approval policy are banned anyway

My company uses GH Copilot Enterprise.

Generally MCP servers need to be approved, but several local URLs are supposed to be allowed to be run without any approval:

Does this policy exemption really work? Did anybody test it at the GitHub side?

Es wird keine Quelldatei oder kein Test genannt. Beginne damit, den Fehler unter Linux mit Copilot CLI 1.0.31 und der im Bericht beschriebenen lokalen MCP-URL zu reproduzieren; verfolge, wo die Enterprise-MCP-Genehmigungsrichtlinie angewendet wird. Als erledigt gilt die Aufgabe, wenn festgestellt wurde, warum die dokumentierte Ausnahme für lokale URLs abgelehnt wird, und eine Regressionprüfung für das erwartete Ausnahmeverhalten hinzugefügt wurde.
