### Describe the bug
When initiating an update from the command line, copilot returns an assertion error.
PS C:\testdir> copilot update
Checking for updates...
No update needed, current version is 1.0.4, fetched latest release is v1.0.4
Assertion failed: !(handle->flags & UV_HANDLE_CLOSING), file src\win\async.c, line 76
