When I'm reading text higher up the page while Copilot is generating more output, the page constantly scrolls making it hard to read. Can we please only auto scroll when the current last line is visible?

/chat エントリーポイントから開始し、Copilot が出力を生成していて、読者が最新のコンテンツより上のテキストを表示している状態で問題を再現します。現在の最終行がビューポートの外にある場合は生成によってページが移動せず、その行が表示されている場合は自動スクロールが引き続き発生すれば完了です。
