Missing a way to navigate to the repo to post feedback

Add repo navigation to the github/app repo

### What problem are you trying to solve?

Currently there is a nice way to add feedback to the repo with the report button. That does not allow me to post images to add to the info, so I need to navigate back to the repo manually.

Add a button to click on that will open the github/app repo in my default browser.

まず、アプリ内にある既存のレポートボタンとそのフィードバックフローを見つけます。この issue ではファイルもテストも指定されていません。そのコントロールがどこでレンダリングされているかを追跡し、次に、リンクをデフォルトブラウザで開くためにプロジェクトですでに使われている方法を特定します。完了条件は、新しいコントロールで github/app リポジトリを開けるようになり、その動作が関連する UI またはインタラクションテストでカバーされていることです（存在する場合）。
