Missing a way to navigate to the repo to post feedback

Add repo navigation to the github/app repo

### What problem are you trying to solve?

Currently there is a nice way to add feedback to the repo with the report button. That does not allow me to post images to add to the info, so I need to navigate back to the repo manually.

Add a button to click on that will open the github/app repo in my default browser.

Start by locating the existing report button and its feedback flow in the app; the issue does not name a file or test. Trace where that control is rendered, then identify the project’s existing way to open links in the default browser. Done means a new control opens the github/app repository and the behavior is covered by the relevant UI or interaction test, if one exists.
