Edit an issue

Ability to edit an issue similar to how it is done in the browser

### What problem are you trying to solve?

It would be good to be able to edit issues in the app. There are times where issue titles and descriptions need to be changed and it would be good to do this without having to ask copilot to make the change.

### Proposed solution

When viewing an issue, in the top-right corner of the card, where the three dots are, add another option 'Edit' to give the user the ability to edit the content of the issue.

Issue ビューと、カードの右上隅にある三点メニューから始めます。アプリでの issue の表示とブラウザーでの動作を比較し、issue のタイトルと説明がどのように読み込まれ、保存されるかを追跡します。ユーザーが Edit を選択し、両方のフィールドを変更して、その変更を保存できれば完了です。
