Extend IMAP account auto-creation

1. Current implementation does not correctly initialize secondary mailboxes (Sent, Trash, etc).
2. Autocreation should be triggered on message delivery too (see #339). This is possible by adding `autocreate_for` which uses a table provided by authentication provider to determine whether the account should be created.
