Description and Extra Info blocks are not clearly separated

**Expected behavior:**

There should be a clear distinction between the story's description and the extra info when displaying a story. Both in the `show` action and in the `estimate` action.

**Actual behavior:**

It's not clear when one ends and the other starts:

**Steps to reproduce:**

1. Step 1: Create a story with description and extra info
2. Step 2: Go to the show page

Tái hiện vấn đề bằng cách tạo một story có cả phần mô tả và thông tin bổ sung, sau đó kiểm tra cách story được hiển thị trong các action show và estimate. Xác định nơi hai block đó được render và làm rõ ranh giới trong cả hai view; hoàn tất khi mỗi section có thể được phân biệt bằng mắt.
