Description and Extra Info blocks are not clearly separated

**Expected behavior:**

There should be a clear distinction between the story's description and the extra info when displaying a story. Both in the `show` action and in the `estimate` action.

**Actual behavior:**

It's not clear when one ends and the other starts:

**Steps to reproduce:**

1. Step 1: Create a story with description and extra info
2. Step 2: Go to the show page

Reproduce the issue by creating a story with both a description and extra info, then inspect the story display in the show and estimate actions. Identify where those two blocks are rendered and make the boundary clear in both views; done means each section is visually distinguishable.
