**Describe the feature:**

As an estimator
When I have a long list of stories
I would like to add sub-titles/labels/dividers to
make it visually clearer
and to visually group stories

**Problem:**

As a estimator
When I have a long list of stories
The long list of stories become like a see of text
By grouping the stories it might be possible to convey addition context to the other project viewer.

特定されているソースファイルやテストはないため、まず Rails アプリケーションでストーリーリストのエントリーポイントを特定し、ストーリーがどのようにグループ化され、レンダリングされるかを確認します。小見出しや区切り線がプロジェクト項目として保存されるのか、またユーザーがそれらをどのように作成・編集するのかを明確にし、そのうえで、見積もりの挙動を変更せずに長いストーリーリストを視覚的にグループ化できることを検証します。
