Standardize capitalization in docs

Followup to #11674, where @RReverser suggested we capitalize Wasm and Clang. To me those seem a little odd, but English isn't my first language so not sure my opinion matters for much :wink: We should figure out if those are the general consensus, and if so update the docs.
