Add documentation for EKS Pod Identity support

I noticed in issue #772 that [EKS Pod Identity](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eks/latest/userguide/pod-identities.html) support seems to be already implemented.

I’d like to see this reflected on the documentation website to help other users.

Is this confirmed as fully supported? If so, I’m happy to submit a PR to update the docs if you can point me to the right file.

Review issue #772 and the documentation website to confirm whether EKS Pod Identity is fully supported and identify the relevant documentation page. Update that page to describe the supported integration, then verify the published documentation accurately reflects the implementation.
