make test on fresh clone failes due to undeclared dependencies

# Commentary

The make script should run `npm install ejs` and `npm install should`, since those are dependencies.

I'm new to nodejs and Make files, so I'm not quite sure how to do this.

Bắt đầu với target test trong Makefile quanh dòng 148 và kiểm tra cách các dependency được khai báo hoặc cài đặt. Tái hiện lỗi khi clone mới, tính đến các dependency còn thiếu ejs và should, rồi xác nhận rằng make test chạy thành công mà không cần cài đặt thủ công.
