Docs: dynamic theme tool not working

### Current behaviour
To generate theme colour, the provided tool is unable to get text input for hex value. Drop down is not working properly.

### Expected behaviour
Dropdown should let you select whatever colour needed, also we should be able to enter hex code.

### How to reproduce?
Try to specify colour by clicking on the right side of any colour

まず動的テーマツールで問題を再現し、次にその色のドロップダウンと16進値入力の実装を特定します。ドロップダウンから色を選択でき、16進コードを入力すると期待されるテーマカラーが生成されれば完了です。
