TextInput keyboard opens when scroll long text

### Current behaviour

When `TextInput` contains long text, the text can scroll. But when the text scrolls, the Keyboard automatically pops up and scroll to the cursor position.
### Expected behaviour
The keyboard only open if user want to edit the text. When the user wants to reread the entered text, do not open the Keyboard to block the view and do not automatically scroll to the cursor position.

Bắt đầu với phần triển khai React Native Paper TextInput và cách hoạt động của focus, thao tác cuộn và bàn phím; issue không nêu tên tệp nguồn hay test nào. Tái hiện ví dụ văn bản dài nhiều dòng trên iOS, sau đó xác minh rằng việc cuộn để đọc lại văn bản không mở bàn phím và cũng không di chuyển con trỏ vào vùng hiển thị, trong khi việc chỉnh sửa vẫn hoạt động.
