TextInput keyboard opens when scroll long text

### Current behaviour

When `TextInput` contains long text, the text can scroll. But when the text scrolls, the Keyboard automatically pops up and scroll to the cursor position.
### Expected behaviour
The keyboard only open if user want to edit the text. When the user wants to reread the entered text, do not open the Keyboard to block the view and do not automatically scroll to the cursor position.

Comienza con la implementación de React Native Paper TextInput y su comportamiento de foco, desplazamiento y teclado; el issue no indica ningún archivo fuente ni test. Reproduce el ejemplo de texto largo multilínea en iOS y, después, verifica que desplazarse para volver a leer el texto no abra el teclado ni mueva el cursor a la vista, mientras la edición sigue funcionando.
