[Bug]: Expose does not work after a while

### Bug description

After a couple of hours or the next day, Expose does not work.
Also, the APP_URL is red from the master polyscope.json and not the branch polyscope.json.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Start the preview
2. The next day, the preview does not work. Clicking on browse again does not initiate a new expose session.

まず master と branch の polyscope.json ファイルにある APP_URL の値を比較し、次に preview の開始から Browse のクリック、Expose セッションの開始までの preview フローを追跡します。Ubuntu 24.04 で翌日に発生する失敗を再現し、関連するログを使って、なぜ Browse がセッションを開始しなくなったのかを特定します。待機後も preview が動作し、branch の APP_URL を使用していれば完了です。
