Neuron Image URI config file is out of date

**Describe the bug**
The config file [src/sagemaker/image_uri_config/pytorch-neuron.json](https://github.com/aws/sagemaker-python-sdk/blob/master/src/sagemaker/image_uri_config/pytorch-neuron.json) is out of date as it is missing many of the pre-built containers that are described here: https://github.com/aws/deep-learning-containers/blob/master/available_images.md#neuron-containers

Also, is there a TensorFlow config file for Neuron ?

So sánh src/sagemaker/image_uri_config/pytorch-neuron.json với các mục container Neuron trong available_images.md. Kiểm tra xem repository có chứa tệp cấu hình TensorFlow Neuron hay không, sau đó cập nhật hoặc thêm cấu hình liên quan dựa trên các image được ghi trong tài liệu. Hoàn thành khi cấu hình SDK bao gồm các container Neuron hiện tại còn thiếu.
