Neuron Image URI config file is out of date

**Describe the bug**
The config file [src/sagemaker/image_uri_config/pytorch-neuron.json](https://github.com/aws/sagemaker-python-sdk/blob/master/src/sagemaker/image_uri_config/pytorch-neuron.json) is out of date as it is missing many of the pre-built containers that are described here: https://github.com/aws/deep-learning-containers/blob/master/available_images.md#neuron-containers

Also, is there a TensorFlow config file for Neuron ?

Confronta src/sagemaker/image_uri_config/pytorch-neuron.json con le voci dei container Neuron in available_images.md.
