Completions & autocomplete dont work

### Expected behaviour

autocomplete and Inline suggestions should work.

まず、報告された Ubuntu 22.04 の SSH セッションで問題を再現し、その後、要求どおり q doctor と q restart を実行します。ターミナルの自動補完とインライン候補の両方が再び機能すれば完了ですが、issue には実装の指針となるファイル、テスト、再現手順がありません。
