Completions & autocomplete dont work

### Expected behaviour

autocomplete and Inline suggestions should work.

Inizia riproducendo il problema nella sessione SSH Ubuntu 22.04 segnalata, quindi esegui q doctor e q restart come richiesto. Il lavoro è completato quando funzionano di nuovo sia il completamento automatico nel terminale sia i suggerimenti inline, ma l’issue non fornisce alcun file, test o passaggio per la riproduzione che possa guidare l’implementazione.
