Bun support

Checks

• I have searched github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues and there are no duplicates of my issue
• I have run q doctor in the affected terminal session
• I have run q restart and replicated the issue again

macOS 26.1.0 (25B5042k)

Expected behaviour

When I call bun in my terminal some options are missing. One that seems important is the outdated to list all JS libraries that are outdated and should be upgraded.

Actual behaviour

The outdated option is not part of the bun commands...

Steps to reproduce

1. Open terminal
2. Make sure Amazon Q is launched
3. Type bun and wait for the list of options to appear
4. The outdated option is not part of the list
