Bun support

### Expected behaviour

When I call `bun` in my terminal some options are missing. One that seems important is the *outdated* to list all JS libraries that are outdated and should be upgraded.

### Actual behaviour

The *outdated* option is not part of the `bun` commands...

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open terminal
2. Make sure Amazon Q is launched
3. Type `bun` and wait for the list of options to appear
4. The *outdated* option is not part of the list

ソースファイル、テスト、エントリーポイントは指定されていません。まず Amazon Q ターミナルで bun を使って不足している outdated オプションを再現し、次に bun コマンドを表示する CLI の処理箇所を特定します。表示されたオプションに outdated が現れ、古い JavaScript ライブラリが一覧表示されれば完了です。
