transactGetItems / transactWriteItems ( ConditionCheck )

I suppose this might not be the correct place to ask for this, but since its the linked example on the page [dynamodb-local](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/amazondynamodb/latest/developerguide/DynamoDBLocal.Docker.html) page I will put it here.

It seems as if the dynamodb-local docker container does not support the ConditionCheck. At least I am getting an "unimplemented" error.

Are there any plans on supporting this?

リンクされている DynamoDB Local Docker の例から始め、このサンプルを使って未実装の ConditionCheck エラーを再現してください。Issue にはリポジトリのファイルもテストも記載されていないため、まずサンプルの DynamoDB 統合箇所を特定し、要求されているサポートがここに属するのか DynamoDB Local に属するのかを判断してください。明確なサポート方針を決定できれば完了です。
