transactGetItems / transactWriteItems ( ConditionCheck )

I suppose this might not be the correct place to ask for this, but since its the linked example on the page [dynamodb-local](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/amazondynamodb/latest/developerguide/DynamoDBLocal.Docker.html) page I will put it here.

It seems as if the dynamodb-local docker container does not support the ConditionCheck. At least I am getting an "unimplemented" error.

Are there any plans on supporting this?

Start with the linked DynamoDB Local Docker example and reproduce the unimplemented ConditionCheck error using this sample. The issue names no repository file or test, so first locate the sample's DynamoDB integration and determine whether the requested support belongs here or in DynamoDB Local; done requires a clear support decision.
