Add JetBrains support

JetBrains has been providing us with free licenses for many years. They have asked us this:

I don't have a strong opinion either way.

La issue non indica alcun file, quindi inizia individuando dove vengono gestiti i ringraziamenti del repository o del sito web e verifica se sono già presenti menzioni di sponsor. Il lavoro è concluso quando viene aggiunto un ringraziamento visibile “Supported by JetBrains” in una posizione concordata, utilizzando il link e il logo richiesti.
