React app login with code grant silently fails when public client option is not enabled

### Description

When the code grant is enabled without the public client option is enabled, the react application login silently fails because the token calls sent after the user is authenticated fails with the following error. Initiating signing in again in the same tab also redirects the user to same callback URL.

まず、@asgardeo/express パッケージと @asgardeo/react パッケージを使って、スクリーンキャストに示されている失敗を再現し、その後、認証後に行われる login と token の呼び出しを追跡します。code grant を public client オプションなしで有効にした状態で login が成功し、同じタブで再度サインインしても同じ callback URL にリダイレクトされなければ完了です。
