React app login with code grant silently fails when public client option is not enabled

### Description

When the code grant is enabled without the public client option is enabled, the react application login silently fails because the token calls sent after the user is authenticated fails with the following error. Initiating signing in again in the same tab also redirects the user to same callback URL.

Inizia riproducendo il malfunzionamento mostrato nello screencast con i package @asgardeo/express e @asgardeo/react, quindi traccia le chiamate di login e token effettuate dopo l’autenticazione. Il lavoro è completato quando il login riesce con code grant abilitato senza l’opzione public client e un nuovo accesso nella stessa scheda non reindirizza allo stesso URL di callback.
