### Describe the Bug

WARNING: pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available when I installed python package via `pip`

### Expected Behaviour

Pip can install python package

Inizia riproducendo l’installazione di pip nell’ambiente fornito con macOS, fish, asdf e Python, quindi esamina la configurazione di asdf-python coinvolta nell’installazione di Python. Il lavoro è completato quando pip riesce a installare un pacchetto Python senza segnalare che il modulo ssl non è disponibile.
