### Describe the Bug

WARNING: pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available when I installed python package via `pip`

### Expected Behaviour

Pip can install python package

Commencez par reproduire l’installation de pip dans l’environnement macOS, fish, asdf et Python fourni, puis examinez la configuration asdf-python utilisée pour installer Python. C’est terminé lorsque pip peut installer un paquet Python sans signaler que le module ssl n’est pas disponible.
