The package should be updated so it can easily be run against cloud.

In addition, the endpoint should be defaulted to cloud.

issue ではファイルもテストも指定されていません。まず Python の依存関係の宣言と Appwrite エンドポイントの設定を見つけ、次に playground の例でクライアントをどのように初期化しているかを確認してください。パッケージが更新され、エンドポイントのデフォルトが Appwrite Cloud になれば完了です。
